Our medical instruments have helped set the industry standard for over 44 years.  Preferred Products is the name medical professionals have always trusted for thier instrument needs.  In 1999 we expanded to include online business.  Over the past thirteen years customers have been placing online orders privately, safely and securely.

Privacy: We respect our customers privacy as we do our own.  All contact information (including name, address, email address, payment info, etc.) is used to process and deliver orders and mail information about our products to our customers.   At no time will we share any of this information with any other person, organization or company.  Any financial information our customers submit, such as credit card numbers and expiration dates are used only to charge the customer for products and services they are purchasing.

Security: All orders placed through our secure server are processed using SSL technology.  All customer contact information including credit card number, name and address is guarded with the utmost security and discretion.

Purchase Orders: We accept purchase orders from medical institutions, government agencies and larger medical clinics (United States only).  For PO acceptance please call (800) 445-3544, fax (415) 499-3551or email: purchaseorders@preferredproduct.com  

Shipping: Most orders shipped within 24 - 72 hours (Monday - Friday).

Shipping Charges: (Includes insurance and handling)
Standard:$15.95 (continental U.S. only) UPS or USPS - 5 business days from date of shipment* 
UPS 3 Day: $29.95 (continental U.S. only) 3 business days from date of shipment**
International or outside continental U.S.: Varies, USPS or UPS rate/insurance/handling will be calculated and added to invoice.

*Most items ship within the posted shipping rate above.  However, certain items may qualify for oversize shipping charges that will be added to your invoice. 
**When requesting 3 Day: UPS charges the greater of the actual weight or the dimensional weight.  If this applies there may be extra shipping charges added to your invoice. If you wish to be notified of any additional shipping costs, please indicate at check-out under "Comments" and we will contact you.
