MTI 400 Manual Hydraulic Chair:
This top of the line professional treatment chair has a handsome pedigree.  Unlike many manual back, fixed footrest chairs, the MTI 400 is built with the same construction and most of the same parts as the MTI premium power chairs.  The all metal construction and Velcro attached cushions, stainless steel looped footrest, flip-up armrests that float with the chair back, make the 400 unique in the industry.  The gas spring operation of the back counterbalances the patients weight in recline mode and assists the operator to raise the patient to the upright position:
