Shipping: 
Most orders shipped within 24 - 72 hours (Monday - Friday).

Shipping Charges: (Includes insurance and handling)
Standard:$15.95 (continental U.S. only) UPS or USPS - 5 business days from date of shipment*  
UPS 3 Day: $29.95 (continental U.S. only) 3 business days from date of shipment**
International or outside continental U.S.: Shipping charge will be added at checkout. 

*Most items ship within the posted shipping rate above.  However, certain items may qualify for oversize shipping charges that will be charged separately to your credit card when order is shipped.  
**When requesting 3 Day: UPS charges the greater of the actual weight or the dimensional weight.  If this applies there may be extra shipping charged separately to your credit card when order is shipped.

Return Goods Policy: 
 A Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA#) must be obtained before returning any goods.  Call (800) 445-3544 for your RMA#.  Goods returned without authorization will be refused.

  1. RMA# must be on the outside of returned package.  RMA# indicates authorization to return product(s) for evaluation only.  It does not imply credit, exchange, etc., until merchandise has been fully evaluated.
  2. No goods may be returned for credit more than 30 calendar days after the invoice date.
  3. If at our option we choose to issue a store credit, that store credit must be used within 24 months or it expires.
  4. Returns must be in new, saleable condition complete with all parts, discs, instructions and packaging. 
  5. No returns allowed on Special Order, Sterile Packaged, Disposable, Altered or Autoclaved items.  Aspirator, suction, and irrigation products are not returnable once operated or used or once any liquid has been added.
  6. Specially priced items are returnable for store credit only.
  7. If original packaging is missing or damaged, goods are subject to a repacking fee.
  8. All returns may be subject to a restocking charge of 15% - 20% (depending on item/s), unless the item(s) was shipped in error.
  9. All returns should be insured.
  10. All shipping/insurance charges to and from must be paid by the purchaser.
  11. Orders on trial that exceed the agreement date constitute agreement to purchase.  Trial agreement must be on file.
  12. All repairs sent in must be disinfected or autoclaved before returning. 
  13. RMA# expires 15 days from issued date.

Shortages or Shipping Damages:
 If shortages and/or shipping damages occur, purchaser has 72 hours to make a claim.    

  • Notify your local agent of the transportation company immediately, to request examination.
  • Hold damaged goods with container, packaging and packing materials until examining agent has made an inspection report.
  • Fax or email shipping company report along with this completed form to Preferred Products. 
  • Retain damaged goods until further notice.
  • We will advise you immediately how to proceed.
